Noir & Lin – Returns & Replacements Policy

At Noir & Lin, we stand for quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. While we take extensive care to ensure every product meets our standards, certain issues may still occur due to handling during transit. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or replacement.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, we sincerely apologize and will work to make it right.

  • Timeframe: All such claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • What We Need:
    • An unboxing video from the time the package is opened (mandatory).
    • Clear photos of the defective product and original packaging.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or refund.
  • Important: Claims made after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for free replacement. Any reprinting or reshipping will be chargeable.

2. Exchange Requests (Size Issues or Non-Defective Returns)

We understand that sometimes the size may not be a perfect fit or the product might not meet expectations.

  • If you wish to exchange a product for reasons other than damage or defect, you can place a new order at your own expense.
  • Returning the original item is not required.
  • Ensure that you review our size guide before placing your next order to avoid such issues.

3. Items Lost in Transit

In case your shipment is lost in transit:

  • Once the courier service officially marks the order as lost, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as per your preference.

4. How to Raise a Claim

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us using the Return Form and include the following details:

  • Your Order ID
  • Date of Delivery
  • Unboxing Video & Product Images
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review and get back to you within 48 hours.
